Highly recognized 107-bed acute care facility that is committed to providing state-of-the-art healthcare and is located in the southeastern portion of California. Looking to add a full-time Urologist to join 1 other in active practice.

Practice Highlights

• Need is due to growth
• General urology cases will be performed
• No robot on-site at this time

Compensation/Benefits

• 1-year income guarantee base compensation of $565,000
• $60.00 wRVU rate more than threshold over 2,490
• After 18 months move to only the wRVU model
• Sign-on Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation: $10,000 (must show receipts)
• 4 weeks? vacation
• 6 paid holidays
• 1 week of CME
