Practice Details
- Join an established urology practice and work in tandem with a team of 1 Urologist & 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Primary service area supporting a population of 70,000 with outreach opportunities available
- Board certification preferred/board eligibility required
- 2-year partnership track
- Independent, a multispecialty medical group that provides services to a locally managed, independent health system
- Practice in a 4-year-old, $30 million dollar state of the art medical clinic in a dedicated, private urology department
- Average 18-22 patients/day
Schedule
- On-call by phone approximately 10 days/month, urology is backed up by general surgery when not available
- 1 to 1.5 surgical days/week depending on volumes
- 3 to 3.5 clinic days/week depending on provider preference
Compensation/Benefits
- Guaranteed salary for first 2 years of employment with the ability to earn above guarantee if provider exceeds production hours
