• A team of 4 Urologists is expanding due to growth
• Call is 1:4
• 6 exam rooms, 3 procedure rooms
• Large referral base 
• PVR, urodynamics machine, prostate biopsy machine, cystoscopes, and vasectomy equipment

• The average number of patients per day is 18-25
