Urology Physician Job in Green Bay, WI

An established Urology practice in Green Bay, Wisconsin is adding additional physicians due to the upcoming retirement of several partners.

Opportunity Details

• Bread & Butter general Urology practice of 5 physicians
• The main hospital has 2 Xi robots.
• The robot block time is currently on Wednesdays and Thursdays currently.
• Epic EMR
• The work schedule is 4-days per week
• Share calls with one of the cross-town groups (3 MDs in that group) for weekends and holidays.
• One call one night per week
• On weekends cover three hospitals, and on weekdays cover one hospital (phone coverage includes other locations as well

Compensation Package

• Leading salary guarantee for two years.
• There is a production bonus available if you go beyond the median MGMA RVU
• The clinic is for profit and thus does not qualify for the PSLF program.
