Urologist Needed in South Central Kentucky

South central Kentucky based Clinic is a multi-specialty medical group completely owned by the physicians; currently there are almost 200 physician and clinical providers.

Opportunity Profile

• Seeking two BE/BC Urologists to join established group of Urologists to meet the tremendous growth in patient volume
• Urology Department consists of 4 Urologists and 2 ARNPs (one urologist has submitted resignation effective at the end of the year)
• 1:4 Call Schedule (current schedule - go to 1:3 when physician resigns)
• AllScripts EMR is utilized
• Urology Department - Ambulatory Surgery Center Accreditation
• Robotic Surgery da Vinci Surgical System
• Current compensation formula is production based and would go into effect the second year. 
• Warren County serves a population base of 120,460; experiencing 5.9% growth
• State?s third largest city, serving as an economic hub for a 10-county area
• Nationally recognized for education, implementing school programs like Franklin Covey?s? ?The Leader in Me?

Compensation/Benefits

• Financial: Income Guarantee, production bonus and excellent fringe benefit package; physicians are eligible to become a shareholder of the medical group after first year
