Urology Physician Job in Birmingham, AL

Join 4 Urologists in active practice; the need is due to the growth and potential retirement of one of the physicians.

Compensation Package Overview:

• This is a Hospital Employed position.
• Base Salary with a 3-year income guarantee
• Quarterly production bonus w/RVU
• Comprehensive benefits include health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc.

Opportunity

• Must be USA BE/BC in Urology for consideration.
• Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) ? integrated EMR system.
• Each Physician has a Nurse or M.A. that works with them.
• Expected Schedule: Monday ? Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12
• Average 25-35 patients/day
