Independent Contractor: inpatient facility adding psychiatrist in Modesto, CA 

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a hospital in Modesto, CA with the recruitment of a BC/BE Psychiatrist for a full-time and permanent position. Incoming physician will be an independent contractor (1099).

• Acute adult psychiatric treatment center providing 24-hour crisis assessment & inpatient hospitalization services
• Inpatient only setting
• Weekday Coverage: see up to 14 patients/day 
• Weekday Service Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 
• $391,000 base pay (for coverage 230 weekdays/year)
• Earn additional income for working weekday after hour services and weekend day services

As an independent contractor, you will be caring for some of the 500,000 residents that are in the hospital's catchment area. This is only psychiatric hospital within 6 counties. You will be working with 5 full-time and 8 part-time psychiatrists providing voluntary and involuntary psychiatric assessments, forensic (custody) services, group and individual therapy, medication management, recreation therapy, and discharge planning. There is NO visa support.
