Pediatrics Physician Job in Boston, MA

An independent private practice providing quality patient care to families for over 40 years in a hiring mode. They seek to hire two pediatricians to take over for a retiring Pediatrician and to handle the increase in growth in the community. They also employ pediatric nurse practitioners, and pediatric mental health therapists to complement the practice. 

About the practice: 

• Currently 5 MDs, 3 PNPs, and 2 mental health therapists 
• The call schedule is 1:5
• Full-time = 4 clinic days
• The MD on call for the weekend receives an extra day off the following week
• No newborn rounding and no hospital duties
