Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting in the recruitment of a Board-Certified Pediatric Intensivist for a medical center in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Opportunity Highlights

• Pediatric department has a 14-bed unit filled with private rooms and is the only pediatric intensive care unit in Northern Arizona
• Site Medical Director position for two pediatric intensivist staffing model to cover the pediatric floor, PICU, and ER consults 
• 24-hour shifts: In-house during the day and call from home at night
• In 2022, the pediatric unit and PICU had almost 520 admissions, with an ADC of 6

Recruitment Package

• $350k salary with $50k stipend for Site Medical Director
