• 4 procedure rooms/C-Arms at the facility-Top Notch and long-tenured Clinic Nursing Staff
• Star Patient Satisfaction record
• Involves chronic pain medication management
• Procedures include trigger point injections, peripheral joint injections, spasticity mgmt with Botox, and management of intrathecal baclofen pumps.
• EMB/NCS
• Epic EMR
• J1, H1, and O1 eligible
