• General plus sports and shoulder case scope 
• Efficient ORs, 8-11 cases per day

• Non-existent call, never called in
• 4-5 rooms and dedicated MAs
• Sign-on, production and quality bonuses, CME, and more
• Earn $700,000-$950,000
