• Minimal call: 5 days/month 
• Onsite ancillary services including MRI and X-ray  
• No weekends 
• Physician owned ASC with buy-in; monthly distributions paid out 
• Build your own schedule of clinical and OR days
• $450,000 first year guarantee + $100,000 in benefits
• Transitioning to Modernizing Medicine EMR in January 2024
