FQHC in Philadelphia Metro Adding Director OB/GYN - Camden, NJ

We are scheduling interviews with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Camden, NJ area adding an OB/GYN Director located in southern New Jersey, only 5 miles from Philadelphia.  

Responsibilities

• You will provide effective and responsive leadership for Labor & Delivery services
• Develop strategic planning for the service
• You will be joining physicians and advanced practice providers in a thriving team
• Call of 1:5 and the office is located on the hospital campus
• Occurrence Malpractice with tail coverage
• Offering a base salary with quarterly bonus, health insurance (medical, dental, vision with minimal employee contributions)
• $50,000 in loan repayment through FQHC designation
• Demonstrates qualities of a role model, clearly focused on the goals and objectives of services and the facility
