- Offices in close proximity to the hospital
- The practice has 4 OBGYN Physicians, 3 NPs, and 4 MAs
- Deliveries at one hospital - a 200-bed nonprofit hospital
- Call 1:9 shared with local practice
- 4-day work week with flexible scheduling
