Highlights:

• BC/BE in Nephrology
• Inpatient care at 2 hospital locations (consultative service only)
• Dialysis population of 300 patients with 2 units and 7 satellite locations
• Serve as Medical Director at the dialysis locations
• 1:5 call
• Salary at $450,000 guarantee for 2 years, then production
• $60,000 sign-on
• $10,000 relocation
