Med-Ped: Outpatient setting only 90 mins from Chicago, Milwaukee, & Madison!

An established health system in Rockford, IL is seeking a BE/BC Med-Ped physician for a full time, permanent, and employed position. Incoming physician will join a dedicated primary care team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

• Outpatient only setting
• Call is light and infrequent
• Schedule is 40 hours/week
