Opportunity Profile

• 7 days on/ 7 days off block schedule
• 12-hour shifts with hours of 7 am-7 pm
• The average daily patient census is approximately 16-18
• Open ICU
• No procedures
• 3 Hospitalists are scheduled per day shift
• 137-bed community hospital
