• Currently seeking to hire a Practice Medical Directors to join and lead their team in the Central District practice in Seattle
• Fantastic opportunity to work with a medically complex GERIATRIC patient population in an integrated outpatient setting

• The care team includes Health Coaches, nurses, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health specialists
• Lead systemic change by building relationships with outside medical consultants, hospitalists, ER providers, etc?
