An Award-winning Hospital and Ambulatory Network in southwest Connecticut is adding a Geriatrician. Our geriatric medicine team works closely with hospitalists and Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, emphasizing inter-disciplinary collaboration and family support.

Opportunity Details

• Join an established group of 4 geriatricians and 2 nurse practitioners
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Provide outpatient care with some inpatient coverage
• Teach residents and medical students
