A 25-bed critical access facility with a Level IIII Emergency Department near Phoenix, Arizona has an opening for a General Surgeon due to upcoming retirement.

Opportunity Highlights

• Employed position
• Currently 2 general surgeons on staff (replacing one of the surgeons who plans to leave by March 2022)
• Bread & Butter general surgery - subspecialty interests are welcome
• Some trauma experience needed
• Split call-10 nights of call per month
• Base salary (50%ile of MGMA) + bonus based on RVU productivity
