General Surgery Physician Job in Metro Area, OR

Southern Oregon-based surgical group is seeking a General Surgeon to join their team. The surgical group consists of 5 general surgeons, 1 colorectal surgeon, 1 PA, and excellent support staff.

Financial Package

• Year one: Competitive Base Salary
• Year two: The higher the annual base salary or w/RVU-base salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
• $7,000 annual CME allowance
• 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
