Opportunity Details

• Option for 4 or 5 day work week
• Schedule will include 2-3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week
• Solo practice
• High base salary plus wRVU incentives
• 50k signing bonus
• 10k relocation
• 25k for housing allowance
• 25k Retention bonus
