About the Opportunity
- Primarily outpatient practice focus
- Bread and Butter surgeries along with Endoscopy
- When on call respond to Trauma at our Level 4 Trauma/ER
- Employed position with a guaranteed base salary and full benefits package (see below)
- Surgeon will be joining 2 other well-established General surgeons who have been in the community for over 6-10 years
- Opportunity focuses on a great life-work balance with a 4-day work week, 6 weeks off per year, and 1/3 call, with low call back volumes
Compensation and Benefits Details
- $385,000 - $425,000 base salary
- $10,000 Relocation allowance
- Sign-on bonus - $10,000 per year of commitment
- $24,000 per year student loan repayment
- $4,000 CME per year
- Pay for malpractice, license, DEA, and required certificates outside of CME.
- 5% contribution to 401 K
- 6 weeks off per year
