Family Medicine with or without OB - FQHC near Modesto

Come work in patient centered medical home setting where the group's goal is to take care of all primary and preventative care needs of its patients regardless of the ability to pay.

• Work 4.5 day workweek in outpatient setting.
• 100% outpatient but will accommodate those who want to do newborn nursery and will do uncomplicated OB deliveries.
• Call: One week call every 8-10 weeks, if OB one weekday call per week and one weekend call per month
• Group offers Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, Dental Hygiene, Suboxone/MAT, and provides health education services to the community.
