• 25-bed rural non-profit critical access hospital
• A team of 9 providers is adding due to growth
• Recently renovated office located on the hospital campus
• Total outpatient with an infrequent call by phone only
• EPIC EMR
• Average patient census of 16-20 per day
• Strong payor mix
• Base salary plus incentives
