• Realistic earnings of MGMA 75th %tile to >95th %tile with production from day 1, guaranteed 
• Pending expansion into additional markets for growth
• One-Third partnership stake ? Have a say in development of practice
• Practice attached to Women?s hospital for referrals
• 2 NPs and 5+ RNs for tenured support
• Large office with procedure suite, IVF lab, phlebotomy rooms, U/S rooms , and more
• All home call, No OB
