Enterprise Medical is representing an experienced, stable, and tenured group of emergency physicians in West Texas that share the same focus and commitment. The group has outstanding retention and the current need is due to physician retirement and future practice growth.

Practice Information

• Join a physician-owned, private and independent group at a 400-bed regional referral center
• Annual ER visits: 60,000
• Excellent specialty backup available
• Well-staffed department with 40 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
• Excellent productivity pay, equalized scheduling, and tax advantages with Independent Contractor status
• Physicians work 14 (10-hour) shifts per month at $300 per hour as a benchmark
