Anesthesiology Physician Job in Morgantown, WV

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a hospital in Bridgeport WV to recruit a NEW Anesthesiologist to join their existing team! Their full complement of physicians is 6 while looking to grow to 7 FTE. They have 33 CRNAs and are adding a few more. They are looking for someone to do primarily CRNA direction, along with regional blocks and epidurals. 

Opportunity

• Seeking board certified or eligible Anesthesiologists
• Rotating call schedule - day off after being on call
• Option to stay onsite when on-call or be within 20 minutes to the hospital
• OB is not burdensome, a very low emergency c-section rate
• 13 ORs, 4 Endo suites, and 1 Special Procedure Room adding 2 additional OR's in Summer 2022 
• Surgical services include very busy ortho and general surgery; along with urology, vascular, thoracic (no open hearts), neurosurgery (spine only, and 1000 annual deliveries
• Work in one 300 bed hospital

Compensation/Benefits

• $475K+
• 8 weeks PTO 
• Student loan repayment
• Sign-On bonus
• Relocation allowance
• Salary plus bonus easily over 500K in the first year
