Responsibilities:

• 75% clinical and 25% admin
• Candidate must have at least 2 yrs of leadership experience leading PCP?s. 
• Managed Care experience is a plus.  
• A passion to work with Seniors and the underserved is a must.  
• M-F 7:30-5:00
